1. General Conditions

• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Order Placement & Payment

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide efficient service and fast shipping, we have a strict cancellation window:

• 12-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the time the order was placed and payment was received.

• How to Cancel: Requests must be sent via email to Lubhani.jewels0813@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-7055111308 with your Order ID.

• Post 12-Hours: Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order is processed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled. At this stage, our standard Return & Exchange Policy will apply upon delivery.

4. Returns, Defects & The "Unboxing Video"

To protect against fraudulent claims, Lubhani Jewels enforces a strict verification process:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: No claims for damage, missing items, or defects will be entertained without a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

• Security Tags: All jewellery pieces are shipped with a brand tag. If the security tag is broken or removed, the item is immediately ineligible for any return or replacement, regardless of the issue.

5. Pricing and Product Information

• While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

• Note on Imitation Jewellery: Please note that colors may vary slightly due to digital photography and screen settings. As these are imitation pieces, contact with water, perfume, and chemicals should be avoided to maintain the finish.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the checkout process.

• Lubhani Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

7. Governing Law

• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
