Returns & Refunds policy

At Lubhani Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and fairness, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure your precious pieces arrive in perfect, sparkling condition, please record a quick unboxing video when your package arrives! This helps us hold our courier partners accountable and process any rare transit damage claims instantly.

• The Video Must: Show the package from all sides before opening, clearly display the shipping label, and show the entire process of opening the box and inspecting the jewellery without any cuts or edits.

• The Deadline: You must share this video with us via [WhatsApp/Email] within 24 hours of receiving the package.

• Verification: Claims made without a valid, unedited unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. The "Intact Tag" Rule

Every piece of Lubhani Jewels comes with a security/brand tag attached.

• If the tag is broken, tampered with, or removed, the item is strictly ineligible for return or replacement. * We recommend inspecting your jewellery thoroughly while the tag is still attached. Once the tag is removed, we consider the product "accepted" and "used" by the customer.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product was received in a physically damaged condition (verified by unboxing video).

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

• The wrong item was shipped to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items without the original packaging, invoices, and tags.

• Jewellery showing signs of wear or intentional damage.

• Customized or personalized orders.

• "Change of mind" returns (e.g., if you simply do not like the style upon arrival).

4. Process for Return/Replacement

1. Report: Email us at lubhani.jewels0813@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7055111308 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Evidence: Include your order ID & attach your Unboxing Video and clear photos of the defect.

3. Approval: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Once our team reviews the video and confirms the defect, we will initiate a pickup or provide instructions for a return.

4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to location availability). A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount, unless the error was entirely on our end (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Alternatively, if reverse pickup isn't active in your pincode, you can self-ship the item back to our Dehradun facility.

6. Resolution: After receiving and inspecting the physical item (ensuring the tag is intact), we will ship a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund or will be issued.
