At Lubhani Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and fairness, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage during transit or a manufacturing defect, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

• The Video Must: Show the package from all sides before opening, clearly display the shipping label, and show the entire process of opening the box and inspecting the jewellery without any cuts or edits.

• The Deadline: You must share this video with us via [WhatsApp/Email] within 24 hours of receiving the package.

• Verification: Claims made without a valid, unedited unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. The "Intact Tag" Rule

Every piece of Lubhani Jewels comes with a security/brand tag attached.

• If the tag is broken, tampered with, or removed, the item is strictly ineligible for return or replacement. * We recommend inspecting your jewellery thoroughly while the tag is still attached. Once the tag is removed, we consider the product "accepted" and "used" by the customer.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product was received in a physically damaged condition (verified by unboxing video).

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

• The wrong item was shipped to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items without the original packaging, invoices, and tags.

• Jewellery showing signs of wear or intentional damage.

• Customized or personalized orders.

• "Change of mind" returns (e.g., if you simply do not like the style upon arrival).

4. Process for Return/Replacement

1. Report: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Evidence: Attach your Unboxing Video and clear photos of the defect.

3. Approval: Once our team reviews the video and confirms the defect, we will initiate a pickup or provide instructions for a return.

4. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

5. Resolution: After receiving and inspecting the physical item (ensuring the tag is intact), we will ship a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund or will be issued.
